specialized departments.
We maintain a Service Department and an Installation /
Alteration Department. We
further break this down to Plumbing and Heating/Air
Conditioning Divisions. This
allows us keeps trucks stocked appropriately, to focus
training and resources and thus better serve our customers.

Emergency Service
We have been offering emergency service
24 hours a day,7 days a week and holidays since we started in
1979. Being there when our customers need us is very important to
us. When our
customers have no heat on a freezing night, a broken air
conditioning system on a hot humid Sunday afternoon or a
leaking water heater, they expect and get prompt reliable
service. Our
Emergency Dispatcher usually responds to customers within
minutes of their call.
Scheduled Service Calls
We try to accommodate busy lifestyles and
working couples by using a staggered service technician work
schedule. You can
pre-schedule an appointment for a service call to be done
weekdays 8:00AM to 9:00PM or Saturdays 8:00AM to 4:30PM at our
regular standard no-overtime rates.
Our courteous and well trained customer service
representatives and dispatchers are in the office ready to
schedule your appointment during those hours also.
Our technicians will offer you an up front flat rate
price whenever we determine possible.
Equipment Maintenance Plans
For a very reasonable price our “Peace of Mind” scheduled
maintenance plans will lengthen the life and improve the
efficiency of boilers, furnaces, air conditioners,
humidifiers, water heaters and other equipment.
More importantly we include safety checks for high
temperature controls and for the presence of Carbon Monoxide.
Properly maintained equipment is more dependable and
will require less repair work.
For
an added bonus, customers with an active “Peace of Mind”
annual maintenance agreements get priority service if they
have a breakdown during peak seasonal periods and special
discounts to boot. Our
maintenance agreements don’t cost, they pay!!!

Equipment and Fixture Replacement
We can provide and install a wide
selection of top quality and high efficiency heating, air
conditioning, water heating equipment and plumbing fixtures.
Many items can be priced by our service technicians
during a service call. Or
call our sales and estimating department for an appointment.
New System Installations
Are you tired of the noise of those old window air conditioning units?
Is your heating system uneven? We can install new
central air conditioning, combination hydro-air heating and
air conditioning, baseboard or in floor radiant systems for
your home. We
also install high recovery domestic hot water heating systems
for large homes and businesses.
Alterations and Remodeling
We can provide our work directly for you for your new addition, kitchen
or bath. If you
have the need, we network with several general contractors
that can provide a turnkey completed job as well as other
specialty contractors that we work with.
Water Quality Testing and Equipment
Water quality has become an increasing concern for many home owners.
We have expanded our available products and services to
accommodate this. We
install a variety of point of use and whole house water
filters to remove sediment, rust, scale, chemicals, chorine,
taste and odor. We
can gather a sample of your water and arrange lab testing for
hardness, iron, turbidity and ph.
After receiving the test results we will recommend, if
needed the proper treatment method and equipment needed.
